Our absolute guarantee:  Regardless of the reason, if you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase simply return it to us (in the original packaging) by insured Parcel Post within 30 days.  You may either make another selection or have your purchase price refunded.  For further details click on FAQ's. For boxes where we put in a special tune, however, there is a 10% restocking charge to help recoup some of our labor costs.

Please note, because many of our items are wood, and no two pieces of wood are alike, we reserve the right to substitute similar items.

 All of our normal orders take 15 working days from the time we receive payment.  If you need it sooner, please consider the rush services below.  Most customers have been very satisfied with our $3.50 priority service when they are in a rush. A Priority order gets put ahead of our other orders.

RUSH SERVICE

     For Priority handling, please add a $3.50 surcharge to 
your shipping/handling amount. (US orders only) 

     For Two-Day Air Rush Service, please add a $22.50 
surcharge to your shipping/handling amount. (US orders only)

If you are a North Carolina resident, please add 6.5% sales tax to your order.  Thank you.

International orders will be accepted on credit card basis only with separate billing of actual shipping charges.   Customer will be emailed different shipping options to their respective country once we receive an order. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We will await customers choice of shipping method before proceeding with any international order. Absolutely no international checks accepted.
