HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

All of our normal orders take 7 to 15 working days if you need it sooner, please consider the rush services below. Most customers have been very satisfied with our $3.50 priority service when they are in a rush. Priority orders get placed ahead of our other orders.

RUSH SERVICE

For Priority handling, please add a $3.50 surcharge to your shipping/handling amount. This generally cuts our normal shipping time in half. However, there is no guarantee.
For Two-Day Air Rush Service, please add a $22.50 surcharge to your shipping/handling amount. This delivery is guaranteed two business days (does not count weekends) from the day we ship. Please allow us a day or two to make your box, as we need time for the labor and glues to dry, etc.

Music Box World Return Policy

Our absolute guarantee: Regardless of the reason, if you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase simply return it to us (in the original packaging) by insured Parcel Post within 30 days. (SORRY, NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS). You may either make another selection or have your purchase price refunded-does not include shipping charges. For further details click on FAQ's. For boxes where we put in a special tune, however, there is a 10% restocking charge to help recover some of our labor costs.

Please note, because many of our items are wood, and no two pieces of wood are alike, we reserve the right to substitute similar items.
